Placing zirconia crowns requires technical precision, but presenting this option to parents involves equally critical soft skills. In this webinar, Dr. Alex will explore strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of zirconia crowns while maintaining authenticity and patient trust. You’ll learn how to overcome internal biases, avoid inadvertently dissuading patients, and present zirconia crowns as a viable treatment choice without feeling "salesy." This lecture will provide actionable techniques to ensure patients feel informed, respected, and empowered in their decision-making process.
